Today is apparently an auspicious day, as director Denis Villeneuve (Arrival) shared both the title and release date of the forthcoming Blade Runner sequel: It’s called Blade Runner 2049 and will be released in theaters on October 6, 2017. While the setting is again dystopian Los Angeles, the movie will take place 30 years after the original, which was set in 2019. The filmmakers also tweeted out the above photo of Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling hanging out with Villeneuve and producer (and director of the original) Ridley Scott.

Plot details are being kept under wraps, though Villeneuve told Entertainment Weekly what Hampton Fancher—who adapted Philip K. Dick’s Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? into the Blade Runner screenplay with Michael Green, with both returning to write Blade Runner 2049—said to calm him down during pre-production: “He told me that Blade Runner was a dream. We just have to dream again and not worry too much about logic. That removed so much pressure and gave me the key to move forward.”
